hey! hey you! send me some recommendations in my ask about some tumblrs to check out. srsly!
if you’re going to be cheeky while staying anon and promoting yourself (that’s cool too!), at least throw some other people in there for me to check out also! :) just recommend your favorite tumblrs! pref not the ~tumblr famouz because i already see all of their stuff reblogged [hence why i don’t use the directory]. & pref not tumblrs full of personal rants (i just don’t find them fun!) :D
haha, eventhough I live on the other side of the globe, I can tell you that a friend of mine has the same IKEA bed you want to buy. It is soooo comfortable!!!!
But it is a bit small for two people, but I think this belongs to the two who want to sleep in it.
But it is really dreamy and easy to construct.

i’d feel like the comfort really depends on the mattress that you have and the amount of people would depend on the size, yes? i can’t imagine a queen being too small for 2 people (maybe 2 people and our 2 fat bullies haha!). it does look dreamy and simple though! i really do like it :D thanks!
Ah I saw that! They beat me too it :p But yep, great minds do think alike. Aw man haha well maybe you can talk him into it ;) I really like that bed and would buy it if I was in need of one because it's so darn adorable :)
i think it’d be so great to weave those little twinkle lights through! i think our only other concern is that Pipkin won’t be able to jump on it with a bedspring and mattress on top! she’s got such wittle weggies! haha and yes, i will totally convince him (he’s really not all that picky anyway! haha)
how do you select the people you follow on here?
eh, every now and then i’ll just click through stuff. if i see someone reblogging someone who posts stuff i like or has an interesting name and then i’ll go follow that person myself. or if someone who follows me chats me up and provides good conversation then i’ll go follow them. i’m pretty lazy about it honestly because i don’t interact with a ton of people on tumblr really (not because i don’t want to or anything, just because i’m not super ~popular and such ya know?) i’m always up to find some great blogs though because i only follow 250 people so my dash is lacking a lot of the time. :) feel free to recommend some! (and i should say that while i can appreciate some of the larger blogs and such, i don’t always follow the “in crowd” simply because the people i do follow already follow them and reblog it all anyway! i hate when i see the same picture 17x on my dash in a row! :P
Okay.. so.. a few things!
I’m on the hunt for:
001.) a white metal bed frame. queen size. simple and understated. just… a white metal bedframe with a headboard [footboard not required]. any shape [except hearts and like.. butterflies]. obviously it can’t be too feminine. even though our bedroom is 100% florals, ruffles & twinkle lights [i’m trying to compromise here!]
002.) flower/bulb twinklelights. i’d prefer to find the cute little white/light pink/cream flower petal ones. target has an ~okay selection but not exactly what i’m looking for! [again, there i go with the girly crap]
003.) anyone know of shelving that requires minimal holes? like something that could be hung with two monkey hooks? obvz we want to steer clear of giant bolts/screws in the wall because we always leave giant holes. whoops!
it’s hard to google this stuff because i don’t know the exact terminology so i was hoping some of you would have links to some rad things! online is fine, or in the store, too! :) feel free to reply, email me, or leave them in my ask! xo
